Paige VanZant: “Hice Más Dinero En Dancing With The Stars Del Que He Ganado En Toda Mi Carrera Combinada En El UFC”

La peleadora de peso paja y peso mosca del UFC, Paige VanZant, no entra al Octágono desde su victoria por la vía de la sumisión ante Rachael Ostovich en el UFC Fight Night 143 de enero de 2019. Pero Paige retornará a la jaula para enfrentar a Amanda Ribas en el UFC 251 del próximo 11 de julio.

Mientras estuvo alejada de la competición, VanZant siguió encabezando algunos titulares en medios especializados en MMA, pero no por temas relacionados con el deporte sino por sus populares posts en Instagram. De hecho, Paige se las ha arreglado para convertir su cuenta en aquella red social, en un buena fuente de ingresos.

VanZant se refirió a este tema en unas recientes declaraciones entregadas para Ariel Helwani de ESPN, en donde incluso llegó a afirmar que gana más dinero en Instagram comparado con el que obtiene como peleadora del UFC (vía BJPenn.com):

Paige VanZant: "Todos saben cuánto he ganado. He ganado $46000 por pelear. $46000 por presentarme y $46000 por ganar. No lo voy a ocultar porque todos lo saben. Puedo ganar mucho más dinero que ese al simplemente promover marcas en Instagram. Eso te dice algo. ¿Por qué me alejaría de todo el increíble éxito que tuve en Dancing with the Stars? Hice más dinero en Dancing with the Stars del que he ganado en toda mi carrera combinada en el UFC. Cada pelea, cada triunfo, cada bono. Eso demuestra que el dinero está allí afuera".
